Overview
Nextforms is a form builder with a workflow engine built in. Every submission can trigger emails, approvals, Google Sheets rows, Slack messages and webhooks, with no separate automation tool. You build the form, draw the workflow on a canvas, and publish both together.

- Form settings: open and close the form, schedule it, cap responses, spam protection, password protection, one response per person.
- Ending screen: the thank-you message, or a redirect that can carry answers to the next page.

Pro features
Section titled “Pro features”- Custom domains: serve forms on
forms.yourcompany.com. - Email verification: respondents confirm their address with a code before submitting.
