Design

In the builder, the Design tab styles the form, with a live preview beside it. Changes save automatically and go live when you publish.

Start from a preset (Clean, Minimal, Rounded, Sunset, Aurora, Editorial, Mint, Paper), then adjust:

• General: the Accent colour, Font, Colour scheme (Light, Dark, or System to follow the respondent’s device), overall size, spacing, width and Progress for forms with several pages.
• Header: a Logo and a Cover image (upload one under 5 MB or pick a built-in cover), separate versions for dark mode, their size and position, and how the title sits.
• Page & card: background colours, card shadow and an accent bar.
• Fields: label weight and colour, how required questions are marked (an asterisk, a dot, a “Required” tag, or marking optional questions instead), and the input’s width, background, border, corners and focus ring.
• Buttons: style, corners, text colour, alignment, and an icon on the submit button.

Branding

On Free, forms show a small Powered by Nextforms badge, and the browser tab ends with “Nextforms”. Pro removes both and lets you set your own Favicon.
